Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Visit our 'Return Center' portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Quality Inspection

Pack the items securely in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a doorstep quality check before pickup.

Reverse Logistics

Once the item is picked up, it will be shipped back to our warehouse for a final verification against our hygiene and quality standards.

After approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
